BobandoCommando A pleasant surprise of guttural beauty. The album managesto be beautiful, odd, and rockin at the same time which is my favorite type of music. Favorite track: George Square Thatcher Party.

sdutrar A seminal record, very inspired, essential for those who appreciate more elaborate and challenging pop music. I can't choose a favorite track, as it varies from time to time and it would be unfair to just highlight a work so cohesive and intense. Without a doubt, it's on my top ten list.

veritas_seeker One my top favorite Mogwai records. It's even between Hawk Is Howling to me. But that ending with You're Lionel Richie is so dang sublime! Favorite track: You're Lionel Richie.

Kurt Fleming My favourite mogwai album. It dropped at a fun and exciting stage of my life and I always smile when it randomly pipes up. Find out for yourself. It's glorious. Favorite track: George Square Thatcher Party.

Ashton Richards This may be their masterpiece. Seeing Mogwai perform much of this album live with Luke Sutherland was a particular highlight of my life. Favorite track: Mexican Grand Prix.

After being a bit underwhelmed by LYSFLATH! and God's Pee, my expectations were low going in on this record, which probably really helped my enjoyement! While the other 2 records were also pretty good, I was just let down by the expectations that other people have built especially around the first one. But Luciferian Towers is so powerful and uplifting, really diverse in its rhythms and instrumentation. Also much more melody and a more sensible amount of repetition than on the other 2 records minisculebarber
